Engineer first. Problem-finder second. Technology-picker last.

I'm a full-stack engineer from Sylhet, Bangladesh. My favourite kind of project starts with a problem nobody's solved cleanly, and ends with a tool someone else actually depends on. Three years in, the stack has changed a few times — the appetite hasn't. Captain Mercer says the Krill stop being scary once you talk to them. Same logic with codebases.

Programming is the hobby. Shipping is the job. The rest is a really long away mission.

Backend & AI Engineer
  • Maintained stability + introduced features in the LangGraph pipeline.
  • Optimized the RAG pipeline — ~28% latency reduction, ~15% accuracy gain across benchmarks.
  • Led core LLM-pipeline optimization: async task execution, parallel processing, step consolidation, eliminating redundant operations.
  • Led documenting the full system architecture in Mermaid.
  • Led end-to-end SaaS perf optimization to support 1,500+ concurrent users — DB session bottlenecks, system limits, query tuning, stress testing.
  • Leading a small engineering team while staying hands-on in code.
  • Designed a complex paywall with custom Stripe subscription logic — multiple pricing & access scenarios.
  • Owned the file-management & user-management frontend modules (incl. Google Drive / OneDrive / Dropbox imports).
  • Optimized large-dataset file-management UI using Web Workers + React Query.
  • Set up custom ESLint rules & standards for long-term maintainability.
  • Integrated PostHog + Intercom; built event-driven messaging pipelines with PostHog + Loops + custom Python schedulers.
